It was a great opportunity for all of us at RAF to work with Michael. He had a sharp wit, and a good understanding of software development that helped him problem solve and see a release through to completion.

Michael is a great worker, knows the subject he is working on

Michael's enthusiasm, dedication and energy is about, at least, twice of a normal worker. He is really passionate and knowledgeable with information management, user-centered design concept. He can "talk" the tech lingo with a low-keyed demeanor.

His strong technical understanding of information processing coupled with a strong set of people skills outfitted him well for this project (and others).

Michael is very bright, resourceful, and hightly-motivated.
